Seisler Machine provides custom keyseating services and has cut thousands of internal keyways over its many years in business.

Seisler has more than a hundred bore and keyway combinations in both US and metric sizes. Seisler has the keyseating capability to cut through hole and blind hole keyways including blind keyways with a groove or radius at the end.

Seisler’s Mitts and Merrill keyseater can handle almost any bore and keyway combinations that you may need up to 3.5" (63.5mm) wide through a 30" long part.

Seisler is able to cut shallow keyways, slightly deeper keyways, special widths, and keyways with a radius on the corners to prevent stress cracks. Seisler can also custom broach specialized keyways such as but not limited to: square, hex, and double "D" holes.
